At Arts to Embers, every product is thoughtfully designed, manufactured, assembled, and packaged with care.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
When contacting us, please include:

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Arts to Embers and does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future orders.
