Returns Policy

At Arts to Embers, every product is thoughtfully designed, manufactured, assembled, and packaged with care. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contains the wrong item, or has a defect resulting from manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

How to Report an Issue

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and any damage, if applicable

Exclusions

Products that have been modified, altered, misused, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the intended use of the product, or variations inherent to the 3D printing process are not considered manufacturing defects.

Policy Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Arts to Embers and does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future orders.
